In order to delete your account, please begin a conversion in the lower right portion of the screen and when connected to a rep ask them to delete your account.

If you are the primary customer contact we will verify your request to remove your account as it will destroy all forms and data collected for your businesses account. We can also delete just the data,lists, and forms, but keep the account. Please confirm the deletion type you are requesting.

If you are an end user of a business account we recommend asking your internal fieldpak administrator to remove your user account from the instance in their fieldpak administration console.
